All Things HB was founded by a Huntington Beach native to help others express their love for ALL THINGS HB. Our factory is based in the Midwest. We have a team of approximately 30 working moms and grandmothers who put together your jewelry as you place your order. This allows us excellent flexibility to the ever-changing needs of the jewelry market and allows us to create something special specifically for you!
A soft jewelry cloth is best when you need to clean your jewelry. We do not recommend using abrasive materials such as paper towels when cleaning or drying your jewelry, as those products may scratch the jewelry. Please remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, bathing, or going to bed. Water may discolor jewelry over time. Because chemicals found in lotions and perfumes may cause jewelry to oxidize and/or tarnish, we recommend waiting to put on your jewelry until lotions or perfumes are fully absorbed into your skin. Our jewelry pouch doubles as a haven for your jewelry.
We currently have most of the schools in Huntington Beach and the surrounding communities. If you are looking for a specific school and do not see it on our website please contact customer service.
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Our sites payment processor is PayPal.
At this time, we ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands. Other locations require additional shipping charges. Please contact us for information.
All shipments will ship by USPS priority first-class with tracking. The shipping time can range from 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select is always available at your request.
The current rate is 8.75% and will be added at checkout per state laws.
If an item is defective or if we have made a mistake, we will always gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of your order. We DO NOT accept returns for any other reasons. Please contact customer service.
Please contact us with your order number and the missing item’s name, and we will work to resolve the issue for you.
Shipping delays beyond our control may occur so please allow a reasonable amout of time for reciept of you order. We can not be responsible for delays caused in shipping. We will provide tracking information.
